The event was attended by the chief doctor VOLKL Vasyl Panenko, Director of regional policy DTEK-Energo Tatiana Overina, deputies of the regional Council, the doctors and hospital staff. In his welcoming speech the Chairman of governors, said:"I am pleased to be among you in this bright, modern room, renovated by means of the regional budget. Despite all difficulties, we managed to do a lot – a feeling that we are moving forward. I want to share with your team what we have ambitious plans to make children's hospital the best hospital in Ukraine. And we will certainly do it!".
