Birov Now answer in court for corruption According to the materials Department activities in the sphere of prevention and counteraction of corruption of the Prosecutor's office of area workers UZES in the Transcarpathian region National police drawn up under part 1 and part 2 of article 172-7 of the Cao (violation of the requirements for the prevention and settlement of conflict of interests) on committing an administrative offense, et’knitted with corruption in relation to the former village head S. Matuo vinogradivsky district. In particular, the Prosecutor's office established that the former Chairman of the village Council, in 2015, acting in the interests of close persons (wife and son) has not taken measures to prevent any possibility of conflict of interest and promptly reported peer-on - Matsu village Council, during the execution of the powers, the existence of conflict of interests and decided in a real conflict of interest. Thus, the former village head S. Matuo Vynohradiv district violated part 1 article 28 of the Law of Ukraine «On prevention of corruption” and part 1 of article 59-1 of the law of Ukraine «On local self-government in Ukraine». In particular, during consideration Matsu village Council the question of granting permission for the development and approval of land management projects on branch of the land plots for maintaining personal country economy, the former village head was not informed about the conflict of interest and it was agreed the decision on the allocation of plots with a total area of about 3.5 ha of his wife and son. Currently, the administrative record is pending in the Vynohradiv district court.
