The Rapporteur noted that the issue of shadow employment was repeatedly considered at meetings of the plenums of the regional trade Union Council and discussed with regulatory authorities, the social partners at meetings of "round tables". Carried out monthly monitoring and analysis of information from the Register of insured persons. Appropriate materials for appropriate responses were sent to the Executive authorities, management Gastrula, the State fiscal service in Chernivtsi region and the social partners. – Thanks to the efforts of employers that have accrued wages to workers in sizes less than the legal minimum, was reduced in comparison with last year, 3.5 times, and the number of employees who received wages less than minimum, – 8 times, – said the chief of Mikhail Romanov. The panel acknowledged the positive work of the Foundation specialists in the field, on the legalization of wages and labor relations.
