Timiryazev held an information seminar on the theme: "Actual issues of organizing and conducting business in the sphere of green tourism", organized by Department of international cooperation and regional development of the state administration and Public organization "Vinnitsa business club". The event was held in the framework of the Regional program of development of small and medium-sized business in 2015-2016, approved by the decision 31 session of the regional Council of the 6th convocation from 16.01.2015, With a salutatory word to participants addressed head of Department of international cooperation and regional development regional state administration Volodymyr Merezhko: "The theme of today's seminar is very relevant because one of the main tasks of the Department is to promote the development of tourism in Vinnytsia region. In the past year the number of tourists who visited the Vinnytsia oblast has increased to 1 million people and is constantly growing. In addition, revenues from the tourist tax in the regional budget have also increased. I am extremely pleased that the Public organization "Vinnitsa business club", which unites the most powerful enterprises of the region, became interested in the issue of development of rural green tourism in Vinnytsia region". The Chairman of Public organization "Vinnitsa business club" Vyacheslav Kalinichenko stressed the importance and potential of this direction and described it as a major in the plan of development of the economy of the region: "Because the lack of jobs is an acute problem for many villages, we need to develop green tourism, respectively, increasing its investment attractiveness". The head of the Department of trade, services and development of consumer markets, Department of international cooperation and regional development of the RSA VEGA Kulawiec in his speech outlined the overall trends in the development of green tourism in Vinnytsia region: "it Should be noted that the tourism sector is attractive in all countries of the world. First and foremost, we are interested in the creation of jobs and diversification of the economy and the tourist industry cooperates with almost all its sectors. Our region has all conditions to develop in the direction of tourism, since it possesses favorable geographical location, natural and recreational resources, extensive infrastructure". About creating and doing business in the field of green tourism, said the Chairman of the regional branch of the Union for promotion of rural green tourism and the mistress of the manor "homeland." Oksana Bass: "Rural green tourism is mostly new to Vinnytsia region, but very important, because our village is rich in historical and architectural heritage, unique culture and way of life. In modern conditions this kind of tourism is promising because it may concentrate the labor force in rural areas, replacing production". The speaker also told about the main legislative acts that govern rural green tourism in Ukraine, the system of voluntary categorization in the sphere of green tourism and the issues of opening their own business to provide services in rural green tourism. In his speech, the Manager of a travel company "World for you" Ruslan Palamarchuk drew attention to the fact that travel companies, developing projects aimed at the development and promotion of green tourism, are not getting the demand he had hoped for: "It says that our people do not understand the meaning, use and necessity of developing green tourism. Must be active is to explain what benefits it can bring, it is important to attract not only consumers but also producers, which is impossible to perform at 100% without the participation of the state." Head of communications, Vinnytsia United tax GU DFS in Vinnitsa region Elena Murashko told the audience about the peculiarities of taxation of green tourism in Ukraine, the conditions of compulsory registration of the physical person as the businessman, the requirements of formal employment of workers and the need to obtain additional licenses or permits. All participants received an information manual, which reveals the essence of opening and running business in the field of green tourism by the Public organization "Vinnitsa business club". The result of this seminar will be a joint achievements of public sector representatives, owners of farmsteads to local authorities concerning the mechanism and prospects of development of rural green tourism.
