the Prosecutor's office of Volyn appeal the verdict to the business owner, who swindled funds Pdisk village Council of Lutsk district. Performing contract work in accordance with signed in 2013 with the rural Council contracts for the renovation of the house of culture and capital repair of the roof of the premises of the village Council in the village of pidhaitsi, the entrepreneur has made and used fake official documents, acts of acceptance, which made false information about the’volume and value of construction work on both about’objects, authentically knowing that actually performed the construction works are less about the’volume and cost. Thus, the attacker took control of funds of the Board of agriculture in excess of 275 thousand UAH. Lutsk city district court found the man guilty of committing criminal offenses under part 2, part 4 of article 358, part 3, article 190 of the Criminal code of Ukraine and appointed him a sentence of 4 years and 6 months of imprisonment with establishment of a 3-year probationary period. The Prosecutor's office disagreed with this decision and will seek a just punishment for the entrepreneur.
