Imprisonment threatens the resident of the Rivne district,in which police seized precursors,equipment for manufacture and weapons
Rivne local Prosecutor's office in conjunction with investigators in Rivne district police sun GUNP in Rivne region completed pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings upon Commission of a 27-year resident of Rivne region of a number of crimes. The indictment against the latter are made in the Rivne district court for consideration. During a pretrial investigation it is established that a man serving his sentence for crimes in the sphere of turnover of narcotic drugs, conclusions for themselves did not, but again he committed the same criminal offense. So to check the operative information the law enforcers held in August 2016, a search at the place of temporary residence of the man in the village the dawn and seized precursors, the equipment intended for their manufacture, as well as a hand grenade RGD-5. During the search, the man was actively resisted the police officers, having attacked them, causing one of the police officers suffered minor injuries. Actions accused are qualified under several articles of the Criminal code of Ukraine, namely: - part 2 of article 309 (illegal production, production, acquisition and storage of psychotropic substances or their analogs without sales objective); - part 2 St. 311 (illegal manufacture, production, purchase, storage, transportation or transfer of precursors); - part 2 of article 313 (misappropriation of equipment intended for manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues, or taking them by fraud); - part 2 of article 342 (resistance to the employee of law enforcement body); - part 2 of article 345 (threat or violence concerning the employee of law enforcement body); - part 1 article 263 (illegal weapon handling, fighting supplies or explosives). The man is threatened by punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term up to 7 years.
