In the Transcarpathian region Vinogradovskaya police seized drugs from the driver of the car
Staff Vynohradiv police Department in the village of chepa from the driver “Audi” found a syringe with a substance similar to methamphetamine December 23, the night the police stopped by “Audi” Czech registration in the village chepa vinogradivsky district and in the presence of witnesses found and seized from the driver syringe with a substance similar to methamphetamine. A prohibited substance is directed on examination. The car was driven by 23-year-old local resident. The police sees in actions of the driver signs of a criminal offence under article 309 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, i.e. the illegal production, production, acquisition, storage, transportation or shipment of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogs without sales objective. This article prescribes punishment in the form of restriction of liberty for a term up to three years or imprisonment for the same term.
