Citizens can contact the local Prosecutor's office in Chernivtsi email and telephone communication
28.10.2015 entered into force the Law of Ukraine ¹ 577-VIII "On amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On appeals of citizens" on e-applications and e-petitions". The act amended in article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About addresses of citizens" and is supplemented with article 23-1. Thus, currently, citizens may contact the authorities, local self-government, associations of citizens, enterprises, institutions, organizations irrespective of forms of ownership, mass media, officials, according to their roles and responsibilities verbal complaints (by telephone) and electronic appeals (e-mail address). In Chernivtsi the local Prosecutor's office oral requests are accepted by phone (0372) 58-67-25 and is at : chrn@chrn.gp.gov.ua. In electronic application in addition to the requirements for written requests must also be specified electronic mail address at which the applicant may be a response, or information about other means of communication with him.
