In the Rivne region, the state returned more than 800 hectares of land worth UAH 26.3 million in
the Appeal complaint of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region 27.12.2016 the court is satisfied and agreed to return to the state in the face of the Rivne regional state administration more than 800 hectares of land with a total cost of UAH 26.3 million. We are talking about land for forestry purposes located on the territory of the village Council Velikolepetiski Volodymyrets district. By results of consideration of the case of the Rivne economic court of appeal came to the conclusion that the prosecution's request to invalidate the lease of the land is justified because the conclusion between the authority and private enterprise was not held normative monetary value of land, which is a violation of the requirements of a number of Laws of Ukraine. On these grounds, said court reversed the decision of the court of first instance, which rejected the claim of the Prosecutor's office, and adopted a new decision to satisfy in full the claim of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region and the invalidation of the said lease land. Thus, due to the active and consistent position of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region, of the illegal possession returned to the state forest land worth UAH 26.3 million.
