Turiysk Department Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office performs procedural management of pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings about the murder of 38-year-old resident of the village of Harusha turiysk district, his 40-year-old wife. The evening of January 1 this year, drunk man during a quarrel caused the woman stabbed in the chest, from which she died. The tragedy left without a mother with three young children. The event information was entered in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations. The man is reported about suspicion in Commission of a premeditated murder (a criminal offence under part 1 of article 115 of the criminal code of Ukraine). At the request of the investigator, supported in court by the Prosecutor, it elected a measure of restraint in form of detention for 60 days. Pre-judicial investigation proceeds. In accordance with the sanction of part 1 of article 115 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, the malefactor is threatened by punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from 7 till 15 years.
