ratnivs'kyi Department of local inter-district Prosecutor's office sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings against three residents of the village of Kortelisy and resident of the village of Domanovo Ratestogo of the area which showed resistance to employees of Lutsk border detachment in the exercise of their official duties’connections for the protection of the state border and intentionally caused the guards minor injuries. As is already known in Volyn region, on the evening of 21 September 2016, near the village of Hamlet-Mlinsek Ratestogo district officers of Lutsk border detachment spotted the offender, who was near the state border and at itself had a package with unknown contents. The guard ordered the offender to stop. The attacker also legal requirements are not met, and tried to escape. He was stopped by three guards who arrived to help a colleague. However, the rescue and got the offender. From the forest came three companions and began to pull the guards in uniform trying to pick up the package. After a while one of the offenders sat in the car, which pdhal, and, as it turned out, went to call another for backup. Consequently, when workers of the border service detained two offenders approached the car, which waited another two of their colleagues, there on three cars pdhal about 15 men with the intent to discourage the guards "fire". As a result, they still released the offenders and took the package. Not scared of the attackers nor the warnings of the border guards and use of firearms, or even two shots into the air. Causing the four guards numerous blows with hands and feet, the offenders fled but were soon arrested. All four active attackers are accused of committing criminal offenses under part 2 of article 342, part 2 St. 345 Criminal code of Ukraine. Now-a word behind court.
