Koretsky Department of Zdolbuniv the local Prosecutor's office supported the public prosecution in the criminal proceedings against 46-year-old resident of Korets district, on charges of intentional grievous bodily harm resulting in death of the victim. The evidence gathered during the pretrial investigation it is established that the accused in may 2016, being in the house of his friend, because of suddenly arisen aversions intentionally struck him with fists to the torso and head about 11 shots that were incompatible with life. From the received traumas he has died. - Koretsky district court sentence the said citizen convicted of premeditated grievous bodily harm that caused the victim's death (part 2 of article 121 of the criminal code) and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 7 years, - said the Prosecutor Koretsky Department of Zdolbuniv the local Prosecutor's office of Rivne oblast Bohdan Tkachuk.
