Changes include registration to ensure that vehicles of persons with disabilities, including children who moved from the temporarily occupied territory or areas where the ATO and eligible for free or on preferential terms, and the procedure for the formation of their personal Affairs according to place of residence / stay. Also improved and a mechanism to ensure the vehicles of persons with disabilities, which had previously been arranged on full state support in social services agencies or persons convicted to deprivation of liberty, the restoration of their registration and deregistration. Also establishes a rule for the seizure of the car, if during its operation a person with disabilities over the validity of the conclusion of allsec or disability and is not recovered the relevant documents within 6 months. Changes normalized the issue of compensation for persons with disabilities self-paid training and driving the procedure of the receipt by the heirs of the cars on their application, filed not later than 6 months after the death of the person with disabilities.
