Liuboml division Kovel local Prosecutor's office sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings about the murder of 41-year-old resident of the village Horodnie Liuboml district own father. The evening of 10 November 2016 the drunk man in the yard'of her parents ' house during an argument struck 73-year-old victim at least 7 blows with an axe on the head, causing death. The attacker is accused of murder (a criminal offence under part 1 of article 115 of the Criminal code of Ukraine) it is threatened by punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from 7 till 15 years.
