Ivan Krysak: the agriculture Ministry will support the production of organic viticulture through the mechanism of land auctions

Ministry of agrarian policy and Derzeitiger develop a mechanism to support viticulture and encourage production of organic products by conducting specialized land auctions. This was announced during a selector meeting under the leadership of the First Deputy Minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine Maxim Martyniuk. Participation the meeting was attended by first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Ivan Krysak. It is expected that a series of spetsauktsionah market participants will be offered land plots for the production of organic matter and the cultivation of grapes at preferential rental rates. Benefits will take effect only after the beginning of the actual implementation of the investment project; - establishment of plantations, the beginning of the certification process, that is confirmed and fixed intentions. In the case of non-compliance with specific auction conditions, rents will be returned to the market value, at the level of the average in the area. "Organic production and viticulture officially identified as priority areas for support. The state has at its disposal a resource that can be used as a way of stimulating these industries, - said the first Deputy Minister of agrarian policy Maxim Martyniuk. - In combination with other components of state support it will create a powerful effect on their development." On Derzeitiger offices in the areas started audit of agricultural land plots of state ownership, suitable for these purposes. Given a number of additional requirements for organic production, the amount of land is limited. "In Ukraine for organic production is only 1% of arable land, - stated Ivan Krysak. – According to European standards, for comparison, in Germany this indicator reaches 5-6%.
