Local and Central government should declare a "war" to all those representatives of the regulatory authorities putting pressure on businesses, thereby discouraging the creation of new jobs and overcoming poverty in the country. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman. "Sometimes at the city level, district, region created unbearable conditions for the development of investment. It's all we have to liquidate. If you want to, in the best sense of the word, to declare war on all those who are against those who create jobs, all those who do not allow us to wrest the country from total poverty," stressed the Prime Minister. "The one who puts pressure on the entrepreneur who creates real national product, is our class enemy, no matter what rank he was not" - said Vladimir Groisman. In this context, the Prime Minister urged the mayors to tell us about "stupid supervisors", "I'll do my best to be the head of tax, customs, rostruda, the police, if it is an obvious fact, was removed from his post." According to him, every day the government must help business to be effective and to protect entrepreneurs. In particular, it concerns the provision of services by all state institutions. "A businessman is a client of the local authorities that should receive quality services," - said Vladimir Groisman. The Prime Minister also drew attention to the need to ensure a fair judicial system, "to those who invest, feel protected."
