In the diocese of Vinnytsia conducted land auction for the sale of lease rights of land of water Fund for fishery purposes (photo)
20 January 2017 in the premises of Vinnitsa scientific-research and design Institute of land management held the auction in the form of auction on sale of lease rights to land plots of water resources for fishery needs. The organizer of land sales: Vinnytsia regional state administration represented by the Department of agriculture. At the auction had 7 lots: Barsky, Vinnytsia (3 phase), Teplitsky and Tyvrivskyi districts. The right to lease was sold for 5 sites. According to the Land code of Ukraine, the winners of the land tenders, not later than three banking days from the date of holding land bidding, must pay a fee for the use of the land, the right to use purchased at auction, as well as to reimburse the costs of preparing the land plot for the sale of lease rights and expenses associated with the preparation and conduct of the auction, under a separate contract with the Contractor land sales.
