In Ternopil two GSS to cooperate with SKL International
Two combined teritoralna of the community of Ternopil region - Zolotnitsky and Skalatsky – signed a Memorandum of cooperation with SKL International on the establishment of these communities, centers of administrative services. Signing ceremony of the MOUs was held on January 24. During the event, Deputy Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine Roman Tchuprinenko thanked the representatives of the international and donor community to support the important democratic reforms in the country. "One of the main objectives of decentralization is to create a comfortable and safe environment for life of people in the country. And opens a new page in our cooperation in this direction. I am sure that well-functioning Snapv these connected communities will be an example for others and demonstrate the implementation of reforms in the interests of man and society", - said Roman, Tchuprinenko. In the company SKL International noted that under the Memorandum in the 14 United communities of Ukraine before the end of the year it is anticipated the renovation and equipping of the Centers of administrative services, as well as training professionals and informing the public about activities Snapv. Total funding amounts to 800 thousand euros. During the event, the organizers announced that in the near future will begin a competitive selection process for another 10 United communities to assist in the development of Centers of administrative services. As you know, the company SKL International is implementing the Initial phase of the project U-LEAD component 2 "the Creation of centers of administrative services and enhancing public awareness on local self-government" in the development of Centers of administrative services, funded by the European Union and the Swedish international development Agency (Sida). By the way, the project plans U-LEAD component 2 opening not less than 24 Snapv in already created communities United before the end of 2017 and more than 600 centers – until the end of 2020.
