According to him, unfortunately, the development budget this year is significantly less than in 2016. However, despite this, it is necessary to actively work to complete all the tasks planned. Mykola Romaniuk said that the need for all services to actively work on filling the budget. Told that work is carried out with attraction of funds of international financial institutions. Some projects are already being implemented, and the individual will begin to implement this year. So, work is underway with NEFCO, EBRD, the European investment Bank and the like. In 2017 will be implemented energy saving measures in eight budgetary institutions NEFCO-2. In addition, NEFCO-3 this year will begin the implementation of projects on modernization of 40 public institutions. Work continues on modernization of the district heating system of the city of Lutsk, in cooperation with the EBRD.
