Some projects are already being implemented, and the individual will begin to implement this year. So, work is underway with NEFCO, EBRD, the European investment Bank and the like. In 2017 will be implemented energy saving measures in eight budgetary institutions NEFCO-2. In addition, NEFCO-3 this year will begin the implementation of projects on modernization of 40 public institutions.
