Chernivtsi: Changes concerning the continuous provision of separate categories of citizens from among the participants of the antiterrorist operation
in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning the continued provision of certain categories of persons from among participants of the antiterrorist operation" amendments to Laws of Ukraine "On pensions of persons discharged from military service and certain other persons", "On obligatory state pension insurance under which the military personnel, persons officers and enlisted personnel of internal Affairs bodies who took part in the hostilities in the antiterrorist operation in the areas of its implementation, as well as those who have become disabled due to injury, concussion, injury received in the defense of the homeland or in the performance of other duties of military service (official duties), or due to disease connected with stay at the front, the performance of international duty or with the direct participation in the antiterrorist operation in the areas of operations, wife (husband) if they did not accept remarriage, and parents of servicemen, persons of commanding and ordinary structure of internal Affairs bodies who died (were killed) during the period of military service (official duties) or after dismissal from service but due to injury, concussion, injury received in the performance of duties of military service (official duties), the disease connected with stay at the front, the liquidation of consequences of Chernobyl accident or performance of international duty or with the direct participation in the antiterrorist operation in the areas of operations, persons granted status of participant of hostilities in accordance with paragraph 20 of article 6, the war disabled, in accordance with paragraphs 12 and 13 of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection", persons from among reservists and conscripts who have been granted the status of combatants in accordance with paragraph 19 of article 6, the war disabled – in accordance with item 11 of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection", wives (husbands) if they did not accept remarriage, and parents granted the status of a person that is subject to the law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection", according to the sixth and seventh paragraphs of item 1 of article 10 of this Act from among members of the families of reservists and conscripts have the right to appoint early old-age pension after reaching the men 55 years, women 50 years and if you have been insured for at least 25 years for men and at least 20 years for women.
