Chernivtsi, Oleksiy Kaspruk: "Rename parks is impossible without wide public discussion"

But each community determines how to mark this anniversary at our sole discretion. We have made a decision that angered Chernivtsi. I think that to this question we will have to come back. I am convinced that such things can be taken without wide public discussion. We now have a lot of problems and challenges, and their background is very difficult to make informed decisions, then after a certain number of years, again, not to rename a particular street or Park”.
