Vinnicchina: the prosecution in a judicial procedure initiated by the issue of recovery in budget arrears of rent for the use of state property.
The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region aimed at economic court the claim in interests of the state in regional offices of the state property Fund of Ukraine about collecting from well-known private hospitals of the city in lost fees for the use of state property, located in a commercially attractive location, and therefore economic sanctions in the sum exceeding 50 thousand UAH.
