With great sadness I received the news of sudden and untimely death of my colleague, with whom we were well acquainted and often had contact. It is an irreparable loss for the family, relatives and the entire community of luck, because Mykola Romaniuk belonged to the people whose words and it never differed. He was an experienced Manager who has achieved success in various areas. But the greatest merit, beyond any doubt, was in the region of formation of the Ukrainian government. Thanks to the hard work of Nikolay Yaroslavovich in Lutsk is actively implemented the decentralization reform, and the bulk of the city every year demonstrates significant progress in its development.
