Areas of work with young people were discussed at the meeting in Rivne city employment center
3 February on the basis of the Rivne city employment center was held a meeting with representatives of the Youth Council of Federation of trade unions of Rivne region. The meeting was attended by representatives of regional and city employment centers. Deputy Director of the regional employment center Tatiana Novarock told about the main directions of work with young people in modern conditions and the creation of the nationwide talent pool. About the peculiarities of providing social services to youth in search of jobs and starting their own business said the Deputy Director of city employment center Svetlana Rotar. The participants in the Center for online communication and distance learning were acquainted with the latest search tools: resume, presentation of the employer and distance learning in the direction of “budding Entrepreneur”. The head of the Department of vocational guidance of the regional employment center Tatiana of shamrilo told the audience about the activities of Information and counselling centres at the National University of water economy and nature management and the National University “Ostrog Academy”, cooperation of regional and city employment centres with the enterprises of group of companies “Renome”, the Private small enterprise - scientific-production firm “Prodecologia” and the National University of water management and nature resources use for the selection of necessary specialists among the students of the institution and the further opportunities of internships in enterprises for the improvement and consolidation of professional knowledge, master new technologies. At the end of the meeting in the format of question-answer Deputy Director otsz Tatiana Novarock answered questions from the guests and discussed future aspects of cooperation. Chairman of the Youth Federation Council of trade unions region Ekaterina Pasko was supported by awareness-raising activities regarding the creation and use of a video resume by graduates in search of work.
