The Prosecutor's office through court ordered the dishonest tenant to return to the state 220 hectares of land worth UAH 2 million in
the Economic court of Rivne region has upheld the arguments of the prosecution Rivne region and 06.02.2017 zadowoli its claim on termination between the authorities and one of the lease agreement of a land plot worth UAH 2 million and returning it to the state. It is proved that the entity has eliminated from performance of contractual obligations and for a long time did not pay rent for use of the 220 hectares of unclaimed land shares (shares), which are located throughout khmelevskoy village Council Berezivska district, which led to a shortfall in the budget significant amounts of money. For these reasons and for the protection of state interests in the sphere of land relations the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region has addressed in court with the corresponding claim that Sadulaev in full.
