The participants of the antiterrorist operation region can improve your health in the rehabilitation institutions of Ukraine
the Department of social and youth policy noted that one of the most significant issues that has received great attention is the rehabilitation of ATO participants and help them and their families return to normal life. According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from March 31, 2015 № 221 "On approval of Procedure of use of funds envisaged in the state budget for implementation of measures for psychological rehabilitation of victims of participants of the antiterrorist operation" ATO participants are entitled to receive psychological rehabilitation. The participants of the antiterrorist operation are taken to rehabilitation centres based on the directions on the psychological rehabilitation issued by the local body of social protection of the population. To receive rehabilitation services for psychological rehabilitation of the participant of anti-terrorist operations or his / her legal representative appeals to the bodies of social protection of the population at the place of registration and fills out an application. Attached to the application: - a copy of the certificate of the participant of military operations or the war disabled; - a copy of the document confirming the direct involvement in the implementation of the tasks of the antiterrorist operation in the areas of its implementation. During the presentation copies, the person provides their originals to the public. The body of social protection of population: registers the above-mentioned documents; issues to the recipient of the referral for psychological rehabilitation in rehabilitation institution. After receiving the body of social protection of the population direction for rehabilitation (specifying the start and end of recovery period), the recipient arrives at a rehab within the period specified in the direction. The duration of stay in a rehabilitation facility is 14 days. Psychological rehabilitation is provided to the combatants with the purpose of preventing the development of post-traumatic stress disorders, maladjustment, conflict with others, strengthening their personality and social status. Thus, services for psychological rehabilitation of participants of the antiterrorist operation is carried out 15 rehabilitation institutions who have entered into contracts for the purchase of services on SANATORNO-resort treatment and psychological rehabilitation of victims of participants of the antiterrorist operation with the State service of Ukraine for war veterans and ATO participants. Please pay attention to the fact that the last date of arrival of participants of the antiterrorist operation in rehabilitation facilities must be no later than March 14, 2017.
