According to article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "On bases of social protected of invalids in Ukraine", enterprises, institutions, organisations, including enterprises, organizations public associations of disabled people, individuals who have main job is working 8 or more people registered at the offices of Fund of social protection of persons with disabilities in its location and shall submit annually to these offices report on employment and employment of disabled persons. For the registration of employers served (sent certified mail) to the Department of Fund of social security disability statement approved by order of the Ministry 14.03.2007, No. 98 ( Form ¹1) The deadline for the submission of employment reports and employment of disabled persons not later than March 1, 2017 The procedure for the submission by enterprises, institutions, organizations and individuals that use hired labor, reports on employment and employment of disabled persons and information necessary for their employment, approved by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 31.01.07 ¹ 70 "About implementation of articles 19 and 20 of the Law of Ukraine "On bases of social protected of invalids in Ukraine". According to the above Order report on employment and employment of disabled persons the employers served (sent registered mail) before March 1 of each of the offices of the Fund in which they are registered, according to form No. 10-P (annual). Reporting form and Instructions for its filling approved by the order of the Ministry of labour and social policy of Ukraine dated 10.02.07 No. 42 and registered by Ministry of justice of Ukraine dated 13.02.07 No. 117/13384.
