Started six and a half thousand participants of the ATO filed application for obtaining a land
Main Department of Derzeitiger in the Ternopil region in cooperation with local governments continues to provide plots of land of citizens of Ukraine who take part in anti-terrorist operations in Eastern and South-Eastern regions of Ukraine. Since the introduction of the initiative, Deligeoroglou regarding the priority of the ATO land in the area received 6444 appeals of ATO participants, the allocation of land for various purposes. On in the area reserved 5699 hectares of land to provide members of the ATO. Most of the areas proposed in Borshchiv, Zborowska, Shumsky areas. For comparison, as of 01.01.2016, the area of reserved land was 2308 ha. as of 01.09.2015 the area of such lands was only 650 hectares. With the primary aim of providing the land plots of citizens of Ukraine – participants of the ATO, by order of the Main control 10.02.2016, No. 63 approved Album – Atlas with a list of tracts of land that can be transferred to the ATO participants and their families. Also, the official website of the Main Department of Derzeitiger in Ternopil region posted the Album - Atlas of sectional areas and the town of Ternopil, which updated the as of 01.02.2017 g on the basis of proposals submitted by regional departments. Derzeitiger experts in the field have prepared 3512 permits development projects land area 2745,9 ha and the local authorities took the decision on 852 total area 559,3 ha. In the ownership of ATO participants is 2197 land area 1402,3 ha. Of these, the local authorities took decisions on 368 1013 land area 350,3 hectares and the Main management in the field of orders taken 1829 1052 ha. Land management service of the region to the families of servicemen who died during anti-terrorist operations provided 92 permission for the development of land management projects regarding allotment of land plots with an area of 68.2 hectares and approved 39 projects on land area of 30.7 hectares. it is Worth noting that the families of the victims of the state enterprise of SOE "Ternopil research and design Institute of land management" and Ternopil regional branch of SE "Center of the SLC" services in the production of project documentation provided for free. With the aim of providing servicemen participants ATO land in the territory of area tenants of agricultural production ripped 5 leases of land on the total area of 62.4 ha.
