In the framework of cross-border cooperation programme Poland — Belarus — Ukraine, at the invitation of the Society of local authorities of the Euroregion bug, the sports delegation of the city of Lutsk, formed of employees of the SCE “Lutskteplo” and the city Council participated in the III international tournament on mini-football on the Cup of the President of the Hill city (Poland) among the companies dealing with heat supply. The organizer of the competition was the enterprise of thermal energy, which participated in the project “Development of municipal services as a component of sustainable development the Polish-Ukrainian border area”. To the West, which took place in the municipal sports Palace, where there were six teams from different regions of Poland and Ukraine. At the opening ceremony participants were welcomed by the President of the Polish company “MREK” Miroslav Kavinski. In turn, the head of Department concerning physical culture and sports Yuriy Volynets thanked for the invitation and presented the diploma and the prize to the tournament organizer Arthur Traduku for international cooperation and the participation of Polish colleagues in December 2016 in the international tournament “Friendship without borders” in the city of Lutsk. In first starting the game with a team from the city Chimney, which was for our team nervous, Lutsk, in the opening we conceded two goals and during the game had to catch up with the opponent. First Roman Stepanov pulled one goal back, but the poles replied another. It was like a cold shower for Lucian. Having collected will in a fist Roman Stepanov scored the second goal, and for a few seconds before the end of the game Alexander Antipenko, scoring the third goal that saves the team from defeat. Thanks to two goals from Roman Stepanov second consecutive draw with the score 2:2. In the third game with the team Siedlce again fortune was on the side of the Polish athletes. They scored three times, while only twice Volyn scored. The author of goals again became Roman Stepanov. The penultimate game was important to Lucian, because the team to continue struggle for awards was needed only victory in the following games. Realizing the significance of the result, the heaters go ahead and win with a score 3:1. One goal of the asset Alexander Babich and two on account of Roman Stepanov. The last game with the team from Tarn?w became the most decisive, because the result depended on the final location of Lutsk heaters. Therefore, the future of the game and in the end the second place prize is made possible thanks to the only goal which was scored by Oleksandr Babych. But the win in this tournament celebrated the team REK Siedlce, which inflicted the only defeat the Lutsk side. Third place the hosts — team MRAC Hill. At the closing ceremony of the tournament the team captain of the city of Lutsk Yuriy Volynets, Vice-President of the city Hill Stanislav Moscicki awarded the Cup and diploma for the occupied second place, and the players Alexander Bogunov, Alexander Antipenko, Alexander Oslovit, Alexander Babich, Andrei Kuchinsky, Vitaly Makhnovists, Roman Stepanov, Peter Matviychuk, Bogdan Karachevsky, Mykola Makarchuk and Jaroslaw Rusin — received gifts and prizes from the organizers of the competition. Best scorer of the tournament, scoring eight goals, became the player of “Lockable” Roman Stepanov, who was awarded a special prize and diploma. Also, a diploma and special prize “best player of the tournament” was awarded lucanin Serhiy Bogunov. In the event, the delegation SCE “Lutskteplo” headed by Director Valentina Maluniu, Deputy Bogdan Karachevskiy together with the Polish colleagues visited the boiler room that supplies heat for the residents of Hill and individual heating units and exchanged information within the framework of partnerships.
