In the Rivne region, thanks to the Prosecutor's office stopped illegal leasing of 1.2 thousand hectares of lands of forest Fund worth more than 39 million UAH
the Claim of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region 13.02.2017 the court is satisfied and agreed to return to the state in the face of the Rivne regional state administration of forest lands cost more than 39 million. By results of consideration of the case the economic court of Rivne region came to the conclusion that the prosecution's request to invalidate the lease of the land area of 1,2 thousand hectares, located on the territory of Ozersk village Council Volodymyrets district, is reasonable, since at its conclusion between the local authority and subsidiary forestry enterprise was not held normative monetary value of land, which is a violation of the requirements of a number of Laws of Ukraine. On these grounds specified by the court of claims of the Prosecutor satisfied in full, invalidated the lease of the land and agreed to return to the rightful owner – the state. Thus, thanks to the active position of the Prosecutor of the Rivne oblast stopped the illegal lease of forest lands cost more than 39 million.
