Revealed violations of legislation in the field of trade and restaurant business in shopping facilities'objects of luck
In the night from 10 to 11 February 2017 working group, composed of employees of the office of enterprise development and advertising of Lutsk city Council and the Department of the municipal police conducted a RAID on control over observance of legislation in the field of trade and restaurant business in compliance with the decision of Lutsk city Council from 20.04.2011 ¹9/23 “On the prohibition of the sale of beer, spirits, soft drinks, wines, canteens and tobacco products.” During the RAID tested 15 objects of trade and services, revealed two facts of violation of part 2 of article 156 of the Cao, namely the sale of beer after 22.00 hours and sale of alcoholic, low alcohol beverages, wines, messes in the store, which is located within 100 meters from the main entrance to the school-gymnasium ¹ 4. These facts are recorded by the employees of the office of enterprise development and advertising of Lutsk city Council, Department of municipal police of Lutsk city Council and law enforcement agencies. On the facts of violation of legislation was composed of two administrative Protocol on the seller of shop "Products" (ul Sagaydachnogo 1A) and the acting Director of the "OL WEST", "Express "Our land" . These protocols will be referred to the administrative Commission.
