local Prosecutor's office Mukachevo information has been entered in ERDR and started criminal proceedings on the fact of abuse of power or office powers employee of law enforcement body with the use of special funds (part 2 of article 365 of the Criminal code of Ukraine) Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office, during the examination of an application resident.Mukachevo, the invalid of 2 groups, to actions of employees of the patrol police found that 13.02.2016 employees of the patrol police, without sufficient, in the opinion of the applicant, the grounds were arrested and applied special means-handcuffs. Further, according to the latter, he was taken to Mukachevo Department of GUNP in the Transcarpathian region. During the detention, the pensioner - the invalid of 2 groups by police officers had caused injuries. Currently ongoing priority investigation and examination to establish all the circumstances of the case. The investigation in the specified criminal proceedings is carried out by investigative Department of Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region. The sanction of specified article prescribes punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from three till eight years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
