In the Rivne region lawyer suspected of incitement to giving undue advantage in the amount of 2 thousand US dollars and fraud
the Prosecutor of the Rovno area performed procedural management in criminal proceedings against a lawyer from Volodymyrets district, who encouraged his client to give a bribe to a public official and illegal possession of his funds. During a pretrial investigation it is established evidence that the lawyer in his office 2 thousand dollars from the defendant for the alleged solution of the problem with law enforcement and the courts about not condemnation to the punishment connected with imprisonment. 03.02.2017 the Prosecutor of the Rivne region reported that on suspicion of committing a corruption offense under part 2 of article 15, part 4 of article 27, part 3 of article 369 of the criminal code (incitement to giving undue advantage to the official which holds responsible position), as well as the criminal offense under part 1 of article 190 of the criminal code of Ukraine (misappropriation of another's property by abuse of trust). In relation to the specified person 16.02.2017 court applied the measure of restraint in the form of personal commitment. Continues pre-trial investigation which is carried out by investigators of the investigative Department of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Rivne region, for the purpose of clarification of all circumstances of the criminal offence and the direction of the indictment to the court in the shortest possible time.
