In the Ternopil region changes relative to the pension provision of certain categories of persons from among the participants ATO
06.02.2017 year came into force the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to some laws of Ukraine on pension provision of certain categories of persons from among participants of the antiterrorist operation" from 18.10.2016 No. 1683-VIII (hereinafter – Law 1683). A 1683 law expanded the circle of persons entitled to early retirement age after reaching men 55 years, women 50 years and the presence of the insurance experience not less of 25 years in men and at least 20 years for women. Given the changes to the early retirement pension, subject to the above conditions 06.02.2017 will have: military personnel, persons of commanding and ordinary structure of organs of internal Affairs who took part in the hostilities in the antiterrorist operation in the areas of operations, military personnel, persons of commanding and ordinary structure of organs of the interior, who became disabled due to injury, concussion, injury received in the defense of the homeland or in the performance of other duties of military service (official duties), or due to disease connected with stay at the front, the performance of international duty or with the direct participation in the antiterrorist operation in the areas of operations, - wives (husbands) if they did not accept remarriage, and parents of servicemen, persons of commanding and ordinary structure of internal Affairs bodies who died (were killed) during the period of military service (official duties) or after dismissal from service but due to injury, concussion, injury received in the performance of duties of military service (official duties), the disease connected with stay at the front, the liquidation of consequences of Chernobyl accident or performance of international duty or with the direct participation in the antiterrorist operation in the areas of operations, - persons who are part of volunteer units that were formed or organized themselves to protect the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, took part in anti-terrorist operations, ensuring its implementation, being directly in the areas of the antiterrorist operation in the period of its implementation, provided that in the future these volunteer formations were included in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine, the National guard of Ukraine and other educated in accordance with the laws of Ukraine of military formations and law enforcement agencies granted status of participant of hostilities in accordance with paragraph 20 of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection", - persons who are part of volunteer units that were formed or organized themselves to protect the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, took part in anti-terrorist operations, ensuring its implementation, being directly in the areas of the antiterrorist operation in the period of its holding and granted the status of a war invalid in accordance with paragraphs 12 and 13 of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection", - persons from among reservists and conscripts, who defended the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and was directly involved in anti-terrorist operations, ensuring its implementation, being directly in the areas of the antiterrorist operation in the period of its implementation, which granted the status of combatants according to paragraph 19 of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection" , - persons from among reservists and conscripts, who defended the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and have become disabled due to injury, contusion or mutilation received during direct participation in anti-terrorist operations, ensuring its implementation, being directly in the areas of the antiterrorist operation in the period of its implementation, which provided the disabled veteran in accordance with paragraph 11 of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection" , - wives (husbands) if they did not accept remarriage, and parents of persons who, being a member of the volunteer forces who died (missing), died as a result of injury, contusion or mutilation received during direct participation in anti-terrorist operations, ensuring its implementation, being directly in the areas of anti-terrorist operation's period, granted the status of a person that is subject to the law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection", according to the sixth and seventh paragraphs of item 1 of article 10 of the Act of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection" , - wives (husbands) if they did not accept remarriage and the parents of reservists and conscripts who defended the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and was directly involved in anti-terrorist operations, ensuring its implementation, being directly in the areas of the antiterrorist operation in the period of its implementation, and was killed (missing), died as a result of injury, contusion or mutilation received during direct participation in anti-terrorist operations, ensuring its implementation, being directly in the areas of anti-terrorist operation's period, granted the status of a person the validity of the Law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection", according to the paragraph of the eighth item 1 of article 10 of the Act of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection". That is 06.02.2017 right to early retirement age after reaching men 55 years, women 50 years and the presence of the insurance experience not less of 25 years at men and at least 20 years women have given to servicemen, persons of commanding and ordinary structure of organs of internal Affairs, volunteers, reservists, liable for military service who have been granted the status of a disabled war veteran or the participant of operations in connection with direct participation in anti-terrorist operations, ensuring its implementation, immediate stay in the districts of the antiterrorist operation in the period of its implementation, and in the case of death (death) such persons - members of their families. For the purpose of early pension depending on the category to which it belongs, the person must provide: - the certificate of the invalid of war, combatant or member of the family of the deceased, - certificate period (periods) participation in combat or in anti-terrorist operations in areas of its implementation, help MSEK on the recognition of the disabled as a result of injury, concussion, injury received in the defense of the homeland or in the performance of other duties of military service (official duties), during direct participation in anti-terrorist operations, ensuring its implementation or due to disease connected with stay at the front, the performance of international duty, - the conclusion of the MSE on a causal connection of the death of the person with injury, concussion, injury received in the performance of duties of military service (official duties), during direct participation in anti-terrorist operations, ensuring its implementation, or a disease associated with being at the front, the liquidation of the Chernobyl catastrophe or the performance of international duty, - documents on the basis of which granted the status of disabled war veteran, war participant or family member of the deceased, documents about the age and experience of the person.
