12-year-old Michael Baton from Vinnitsa – silver medalist of Championship of Ukraine-2017 in draughts-100 among mini-cadets, which is taking place these days in Kiev (February 16-23). This award he received in an acute rivalry with Alexander Koval (Ivano-Frankivsk region), as well as several strong players from Kamenka, Dnipropetrovsk region. Michael Baton is checkers in 2010 (coach Dmytro Marinenko). Multiple winner and medalist of Ukraine among mini-cadets, participant of world and European Championships.
