Law enforcement Vinnitsa exposed one more gambling establishment
Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office together with employees of the Vinnytsia police Department GU NP in Vinnytsia region held a joint operation on revealing and suppression of activity of the institutions which provided services in the field of illegal gambling business on the territory of Vinnytsia. Law enforcement authorities simultaneously conducted 3 searches at the addresses of the location of gambling establishments in the city. The results of the searches, found and seized about 70 sets gaming equipment, flash drives, routers, promotional products, and almost 14 000 hryvnia illegally obtained profits. On this fact was the criminal proceedings on signs of the crime under part 1 of article 203-2 of the criminal code. Currently, in the framework of criminal proceedings for procedural guidance Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office carried out investigations with the purpose of comprehensive, full and impartial investigation of the circumstances of the criminal proceedings, the persons involved in the activities of gambling establishments.
