In Volyn region Kovel resident was convicted of a crime against a minor
Kovalskoy local Prosecutor's office supported the public prosecution in criminal proceedings on crimes against sexual freedom and integrity committed 44-year-old resident of Kovel. Earlier repeatedly convicted, including for crimes against life and health’I man, the man was charged that from April 2013 until may 2016 in my house and in the attic of the neighboring townhouse forcibly to satisfy the sexual passion using a helpless status of the victim, born in 2007. Kovel city court recognized the attacker guilty of a criminal offense under part 3 of article 153 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, has appointed to it punishment in the form of 12 years of imprisonment.
