Perechyn Department of Uzhgorod local Prosecutor's office brought in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations information on the two facts are not declaring by officials of their property. In particular, it was found that two persons, being the sub’objects of the Declaration in accordance with article 45 of the law of Ukraine «On prevention of corruption”, deliberately, aware of the illegality of their actions, and their consequences, have not submitted the Declaration of a person authorized to perform state functions or local government. We are talking about heads of departments of Perechyn district state administration. Therefore, the actions of these persons are signs of criminal offense under part 1 of article 366-1 of the criminal code of Ukraine (the Declaration of false information). It should be noted that identifying and engaging under the law those responsible for violations of the law of Ukraine «On prevention of corruption” is definitely one of iPriority activities of the prosecution bodies of Ukraine. The sanction of article 366-1 of the criminal code of Ukraine prescribes punishment in the form of a fine from two thousand p’atiot to three thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens or public works for a term of one hundred n ' fifty to two hundred forty hours, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to two years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
