In Vinnitsa region revealed violations of labor laws
In the course of the audit, Mohyliv-Podilskyi local Prosecutor an established fact of use of labour for the company, which provides services for the protection of objects’objects 11 employees, including a minor boy. So, the Director of the enterprise fulfilling the conditions of the agreement, in the period from 08.04.2016 for 23.09.2016 used the work of 11 employees without labor contracts and design of labor books, which is a gross violation of articles 43, 45, 46 Constitution of Ukraine, articles 24, 25 of the Labor code of Ukraine, part 3 of article 35 of the law of Ukraine “pay”. Also in the period from 01.06.2016 for 21.06.2016 and 01.07.2016 16.07.2016 at the head of the enterprise using hired labor of minors, born in 2000, who worked as a security guard for 16 hours a day, flagrantly violated his employment rights under articles 43, 45,46, of the Constitution of Ukraine, article 21, 22,24, 50 253 of the Code of labour laws of Ukraine, part 2 of article 30 of the law of Ukraine “pay” without entering into an employment contract, registration of labour books, wage time sheet proper payroll deductions and mandatory''compulsory of payments in state funds and compliance with other social guarantees of the employee. In criminal proceedings the Director of the company is declared suspicion on the grounds of committing criminal offenses under part 1, part 2 of article 172 of the criminal code of Ukraine.
