In Zhytomyr region told how to draw up an investment project for participation in the competition DFRR
Investment projects submitted for funding from the State regional development Fund in 2017, must contain the approved design documents and meet the technical objectives of the development Strategy of the Zhytomyr region in 2015-2017. Victoria Yatsenko, head of Department of regional programs and housing policy Department of urban planning, architecture, construction and housing and communal services of RSA, said: "From February 27 launched the competitive selection of investment programs and regional development projects that can be realized through DRR in Zhytomyr region in 2017. In order to participate in the selection process, proposals must meet the basic criteria. And this is approved in accordance with legislation project documentation, project implementation period 1 to 3 years, co-financing from local budgets at the level of 10 %". She also focused on changes in the regulatory framework DPR, filling out a registration card of the project and the rules of registration of the project on the website of the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing of Ukraine. The head of the "centre for the development of local self-government" Basil nevmerzhitskiy said that the correctness of the planning documentation is very important at this stage of the development of GSS. — "In order for the community was successful, there should be clear spatial plan of the territory development. During its development should be taken into account contemporary social and environmental standards. After the theoretical part participants will practice – every member of society will need to prepare a sketch plan of spatial planning OTG and present it to the coaches.
