For the first time in Ukraine a test on the rules of the road issued for public discussion!
In the framework of the reform of the service centers of the Ministry of interior plans to introduce new standards examinations for obtaining a driver's license. The first step will be the launch of the new examination tickets for traffic rules. 2 Mar for the first time in Ukraine a test version of the electronic examination tickets for traffic rules issued for public comment. The main purpose – to eliminate logical fallacies and to build the tickets according to the categories of driving licences. The expert group, which included representatives of relevant organizations for training, retraining and advanced training of drivers, specialists of public organizations of specialized areas of staff and the Main service centre of the Ministry of interior, has developed 2500 questions on traffic rules. “Our goal – to make the process of change as transparent as possible and to listen to all the advice. Accordingly, after preparation and revision of examination tickets for traffic rules, we decided to open one month test version on the website of the Main service centre of the Ministry of interior. All the relevant experts and ordinary drivers will be able to write us your suggestions”,– said the head of the Main service centre of the Ministry of internal Affairs Vladislav Crickley. From now on hsc.gov.ua – official online Main service centre of the Ministry of interior – in a month everyone will be able to view the proposed new tickets for traffic rules and to write their proposals. To do this, go to the website and pass a test on the selected category. After each ticket has a button “a suggestion of demand”, where in the online form to leave your comments. After a month of testing the new tickets and a detailed analysis of all proposals and letters, the expert group will make adjustments and start a new exam. First Deputy Director, Chief of service centre of Ministry of internal Affairs Sergey Goncharov noted that changes are expected also in practical examinations – the introduction of video recording systems for the transparency of the process. A member of the expert Commission, representative of GS «Ukrainian Partnership for road safety" Alexander Surikov sure that the introduction of new examination papers, it is primarily necessary for the safety of road users. Six months ago, was first published a list of accredited driving schools – you can find them on the website of the Main service centre of the Ministry of internal Affairs in the section “Driving”. Also planned is the introduction of open rating schools for training and retraining of drivers. Now in Ukraine there are 1641 institution for training, retraining and advanced training of drivers.
