Vitaly Skinski: international technical assistance opens up many perspectives both for teachers and students
of the educational Institutions of Ternopil region have a lot of opportunities for attracting international technical assistance. Unfortunately, not everyone uses these features. Initiative and desire to work representatives of the district state administrations, heads of departments of education, public organizations, heads of educational institutions will help to revive the work in this direction. This was stated by the head of Department of international cooperation and fundraising of the regional state administration Vitaly Skinski in the College of education Department of the regional state administration on February 27. "As you know, international technical assistance is financial and other resources and services that, in accordance with international treaties of Ukraine are provided by donors free of charge and irrevocable basis to support Ukraine. Our area has many foreign partners have agreements on bilateral cooperation in every area. In addition, each district state administration created the project management. We propose to create such groups in schools. They may include teachers, representatives of public organizations. I appeal to the teachers: do not be indifferent. The main thing – initiative. And we are ready to support, to help, to advise," - said Vitaly Skinsky. The head of Department of international cooperation and fundraising, the administration believes that international technical assistance opens up many perspectives both for teachers and for students. "Now there are a lot of international educational programs, courses, trainings, internship opportunities for teachers. There are also opportunities for exchange of experience between educational institutions, because international experience can significantly help to improve the quality of education in our institutions. No less interesting idea is to organize international summer camps," stated Vitaly Skinsky.
