In Ternopil started the operation "primrose-2017"

Annually from mid-February until the end of may the trade in rare species of primroses, most of which are under threat of destruction. In the Ternopol regional management of forest and hunting economy reported that for the destruction or illegal removal of such plants from the natural environment, provides for administrative liability and fines. Citizens who illegally gather and implement the primroses will attract to administrative responsibility. So, according to article 88-1 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences, violation of the procedure for the acquisition or sale of objects of flora entails the imposition of a penalty from 340 to 850 UAH with confiscation of objects of the plant world. Also, illegal hunting, destruction of or damage to species of plants listed in the Red book of Ukraine, the amount of compensation for one plant range from 49 to 62 UAH.
