The cooperation of medical institutions of Chernivtsi and Suceava
a Delegation led by head of the health Department of the Chernivtsi city Council Igor Nebraskon paid a working visit to the County hospital urgent care name Sf. Romanian Ioan cel Nou of Suceava. The initiative of the Department of health to establish a Department of emergency on the basis of the receiving Department city children's hospital, formulated in October 2016, has received further development. The main purpose of formatting the hospitals for the operation of hospital emergency medical care to children with a wide range with a maximum range of medical services that are dictated by the time and the road map of reforming the healthcare industry in Ukraine. Together with partners from Romania for the fourth month city children's hospital is working on a cross-border grant project in the framework of the joint operational programme Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020 for priority "support the development of health services and access to healthcare". Carried out work: – the hospital administration together with the specialist of the Department of health has reviewed in October 2016 with the work of the County hospital urgent care name Sf. M. Ioan cel Nou Suceava (Romania). The result of the visit was the signing of a Protocol on cooperation between the two medical institutions No. 427/01-20/No. 30887 from 07.10.2016 G. – double-a delegation from the County hospital urgent care name Sf. Ioan cel Nou visited the Chernivtsi city children's clinical hospital, met with the leadership of the Department of health and was adopted at a high level in the Chernivtsi city Council. Analyzed all components of the project and developed step-by-step work on the grant. – during a visit to Suceava 16.02.2017 G. held a meeting with Chairman of the standing Committee on health Council of Suceava County – Dr. Mayom Cretan and a representative of the Committee on the preparation of documents for the European grant "to support the development of health services and access to healthcare". – received a package of documents and application form for the grant agreed by both partners theme and all the components of the project. – agree on a programme of exchange of experience through professional development of physicians in the workplaces of both clinics. The grant budget of the project amounts to 1 million 300 thousand euros, in case of receiving most of the funds will be used for the benefit of city children's clinical hospital in Chernivtsi hospital for the establishment of the office of emergency States, the development of standardized protocols and clinical trails in children with polytrauma and acute diseases, the occurrence of which is possible in the areas of responsibility of both medical institutions-partners in the border areas, primarily on segments of the international road E-85. Harmonization of standards and protocols of medical care, telemedicine, telecommunications, transportation of patients, exchange of experience and training of specialists, it components of the project, which are on a par with the logistical capabilities and readiness of medical institutions to ensure the medical component of cross-border cooperation. In city children's clinical hospital has all the prerequisites to deploy office of emergency (Emergency) because it is included in the plans of deployment of the pediatric surgery center on the basis of a new surgical building, and 90% is realized in the architectural and planning solutions. To complete needs minor completion of the pavilion-the cool box to the unit III surgical case for the simultaneous adoption of two ambulances – reanimobiles type C. License conditions, staffing, human resources, camp medical technologies and the structure of the offices of the city children's clinical hospital consists of a basic platform for further development in the framework of the reform of the health care system of Ukraine.
