Region more than 17 thousand families receive a monthly targeted assistance to cover living expenses
March 2014 Vinnyts'ka accept persons who move temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and districts of the antiterrorist operation. As 10.03.2017 year in a population of 7923 family (12195 persons) displaced citizens who are officially registered in the Unified database of displaced citizens. Among them, 378 families (749 persons) from Crimea and families 7545 (11446) of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. To solve the problem of housing for internally displaced persons, state power bodies in the field of secured resettlement of all displaced citizens in private homes 27 districts and 6 cities of regional importance. According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 01.10.2014 No. 505 families who filed statements of appointed monthly targeted assistance to cover living expenses, including payment of housing and communal services. Thus the assistance was appointed and paid 17350 families for a total of 125.5 mln. In addition, 6109 people have addressed in bodies of the Pension Fund in Vinnytsia region transfer of pension payments at the place of temporary stay. Currently, pension payments receive 5837 temporarily displaced citizens. Healthcare institutions of the region provided the necessary medical care 1593 temporarily displaced persons. For children and youth who temporarily come and live in the region, education is organized in kindergartens, schools, vocational schools, higher educational institutions I-IV levels of accreditation. The regional center of employment employed 639 temporarily displaced persons, 2564 such persons appointed Dole and has a status of unemployed person. The Federal migration service of the region provides a variety of administrative services to persons temporarily displaced from the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and Crimea. So 374 persons decorated of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine, 111 persons recovered documents.
