Prosecutors of the Department of supervision over observance of laws by bodies of the fiscal service of the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region together with employees of the Main Department of State fiscal service in the Transcarpathian region, the facts of storage and further sale of excisable goods group in the city of Uzhgorod and other cities in the region. To prevent the spread of the surrogate throughout the region 10.03.2017 during the inspection, in Uzhgorod, the Prosecutor's office discovered and seized more than 260 boxes with ready-made forged alcoholic production for the sum about 300 thousand hryvnias. On this fact the criminal proceedings on signs of the criminal offense under part 1 of article 204 (illegal manufacture, storage, sale or transportation with a sales objective of illegally manufactured alcoholic beverages or other excise goods) the criminal code of Ukraine. In criminal proceedings held urgent investigative actions, procedural management is performed at Prosecutor's office of area.
