In the Rivne region Deputy chief of one of regional police stations exposed while getting 300 dollars of improper benefits
successfully conducted a joint operation by prosecutors of Managements of security Service and internal security in the Rivne oblast Department of homeland security, the National police of Ukraine 16.03.2017 exposed police during obtaining illegal benefit in the amount of 300 dollars. It is established that the specified amount of money, the Deputy chief of one of regional departments of police of GUNP in the Rivne region received from the citizen for the return of his vehicle seized during the investigation of criminal proceedings on the fact of a traffic accident. Immediately after the transfer of a police officer improper benefits her law enforcement officers seized, and the police captain – detained in order St. 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine. Currently, conducted necessary initial investigations. The issue of the notice to the person about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense provided St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine (receiving improper benefits), restraint and removal of a policeman from office.
