This law is extremely important both from the point of view of support of our citizens, and for the development of the construction industry, as well as for the state, which fulfills its social obligations", - said Gennady Zubko. in the framework of the State target program of affordable housing for 2010-2017, implemented a mechanism that provides for the payment by the state 30% of the cost of normative housing area. In addition, the law provides for state support in the provision of affordable housing through the provision of preferential mortgage loan.
