Participation in the auction involved 7 participants: – LLC "Trader D" (Chernivtsi region, PGT. VAT. – OOO "lion 2010" (Chernivtsi region, Sokyriany district) with the price – 33 711 580, 64 UAH. VAT. – PE "Alex Promstroy" (Chernivtsi) price – 30 653 169,60 UAH. VAT. – PE "Pantheon – And" (Chernivtsi) price – 35 419 531 UAH. without VAT. – LLC "Chernivtsi PMK No. 76" (Chernivtsi) price – 46 731 029,50 UAH. VAT. – OOO "grape 2002" (Chernivtsi region M. the Collateral) at a price of – 43 170 822 UAH. VAT. The sentence "Tradearbed" was rejected because it was not taken into account all works provided for in the estimates. The auction winner was recognized LTD. "Alex Promstroy" ( head with 06.04.201, Alex Bodnarchek). The organizer of auction in accordance with article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "On public procurement" provided for participation in the auctions the necessary documented information on the compliance of the bidder qualification criteria. Officials of the emergency "Alex Promstroy" filed a certificate of availability of equipment and material-technical base of workers of relevant qualification who have relevant knowledge and experience, and the like. Any of the grounds specified in article 17 of the law of Ukraine "On public procurement", for failure, OOO "Promstroy Alex" to participate in the procurement procedure, the organizers of the auction at the time their conduct was not. To verify the accuracy of the submitted documents the organizer of the auction may of the enterprises, institutions and organizations in accordance with their competence. The inclusion of the eligibility criteria requirements for the size of the authorized Fund of the company party, and other financial indicators, is a violation of law and is regarded as a discriminatory requirement. The fact of submission of false information by officials of this enterprise was established during a routine check by police officers in procurement, whose volume exceeds 20 million UAH. In particular, it was found that according to PG DFS in Chernivtsi region in PE "Alex Promstroy" no employees on the day of submitting of documents for participation in togas were not working, as evidenced by the fact that the tax on incomes of physical persons-PP "Alex Promstroy" is not listed. Pre-judicial investigation on this case continues. Criminal proceedings initiated on the fact of abuse of office by officials of state of emergency "Alex Promstroy" , submitted to the organizer fictitious documents about the presence of workers of corresponding qualification, with the result that got the win in the auction in the amount of 30 million 653 thousand UAH.
